I found this 1953 Willy's Wagon in a barn about 5 months ago. I listed it on back then but during the listing we were hit with terrible wild fires in my area and I removed it from the listing. Since that time I had work done on the vehicle, new brakes and brake lines, rebuild carb, removed and cleaned gas tank and replaced the gas line, removed and had the radiator reconditioned, new fuel pump, new batterie, front shocks and all fluids flushed and replaced. The Willy's starts right up and runs very smoothly but it needs the next step to make it a dependable driver. The patina is amazing but there are some rust areas as well as the drivers door and rear hatch window that needs adjusting. These could be addressed all depends on how far you want to take it. I couldn't refuse buying it but I already have a full garage of restored and project vehicles so this one is going up for auction. Good luck to the lucky buyer as there are very few of these that are in as good a shape as this one. It is registered and has a clear title.
