I bought this 1959 Studebaker Hawk from the grandson of the original owner in California in Feb 2010. I am the second owner. The body was in great condition – no dents, accidents, nor ANY rust. The pictures show the bright work removed along with doors, hood, deck lid, bumpers, windshield, and sanded to bare metal to be painted Honduras Maroon (BC/CC) by a professional painter. A local Hot Rod shop installed the SBC engine/transmission with new headers, duel mufflers and exhaust system and the EZ wiring kit. This Hawk is in excellent condition.
