1966 Austin Mini MokeOriginally a Laguna Beach, California car, then went to No. California. Sat inside in dry storage for the last 26 years. Rust and Rost, as is common to these cars but was the way it is now since the 1990s. Appears to be Moke orange over the original dark green. Nice patina to the orange with 70's sun mural on the hood. Very Marin Hippy style.Very complete but missing small items ( Driver's headlight bucket, have trim, thermostat, housing, hose, fan belt, battery, ignition key etc)Restore to a runner or complete. Needs everything that a car needs that has sat for 26 years. Gas tank, fuel system, cooling system, brakes, tires ( all four old Michelins are dead flat ) rolls on wheel dollies, steers. All 10 steel wheels and a good old Michelin Z X spare intact. All four metal seats are excellent, Engine turns free, tranny shifts thru gears. Needs tune and all fluids, systems serviced. Black California plates front and rear. It is a bit of a time capsule. It is an early Brit Moke of which there are fewer and fewer. Fun project. I could not list Bill of Sale on title. The woman I bought it from was a widow and could not find the title. She was a long time resident of Marin and a friend of a friend and I believe all of the history she offered is credible.Even with a pink / title the vehicle has been out of the D M V system so long that it requires a new Title / Pink to register the car.The car is now with a friend in Myrtle Creek Or, 97457. We hauled it inside of a small uHaul utility trailer. Fits perfect. Probably would haul on a small cycle trailer.I am away until Tuesday and will post more photos, Vin etc. This is not a B I N. It is up for auction. Can't return emails till Tuesday. If I find a way to do so I will.On Feb-21-19 at 13:24:09 PST, seller added the following information:Added photos today 2/21/2019 The last two of the car in a dark garage are as i found it where it sat for 26 years.
