This is a 1977 MG MGB Roadster. It starts easy and runs and drives well. The interior is all new. The seats were taken down to the frames and the frames were cleaned and painted with black Rustoleum. They have new webbing and seat foam and the new upholstery is just like the originals. The door panels, rear side panels, rear panel and all the carpeting is new. The top frame was removed and cleaned and painted before the new top was installed. The rear windows are perfectly clear. The rubber seal on the front top bow has also been replaced. The body is rust free. The fenders, doors, quarters, rocker panels, floor pans and trunk floor are all rust free. There is some minor surface rust at the top of the fenders along the seams and the trunk floor has some very minor surface rust that just needs to be cleaned and repainted, as seen in the photos. There are a couple of small dents and one larger dent on the back of the hood, as you can see in the photos. The engine starts easy, and after a quick warm up, runs very smoothly. The carb has been rebuilt and the cooling system flushed and refilled with fresh antifreeze. It has great oil pressure and does not run hot. The engine compartment, however, is pretty dirty. The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch and brakes are also good. The tires are nearly new with 90% tread left. I have a clear Missouri title in my name. The winning bidder must make a $400.00 down payment using PayPal within 48 hours of the auction end. I prefer local pickup and rest of the payment in cash, but if you want to arrange for a shipper to pick it up, I will be available to meet them, but the full payment must clear first.
