I'm selling this delightful 1984 Oldsmobile Omega Brougham Coupe. I bought it a few months ago from the original owner. It has 66,700 miles on it, and is wonderful to drive. The 6 cylinder engine starts easily (it's carbureted), brakes evenly, no vibrations or rattles or squeaks while driving. Since I bought, I've put on a set of not-inexpensive whitewall tires, a fuel pump, water pump, radiator, wiper blades, belts, hoses, and have also added in NOS power lock switches, replaced the rear bumper fillers and lower bumper valance, installed a new headliner, reupholstered the front driver's seat. All the interior lights function, as do headlights, side markers, turn signals, brake lights. All the gauges work properly. The power driver's seat works, but makes an unpleasant noise. The radio works, but the cassette player does not (though it was working fine when I got it). The power antenna does not work, but it can be manually raised or lowered. The car has many small nicks, chips, and grandma door dings, there is one photo of the worst area below the passenger side rear window. For an X-car, this has a lot more options than I have ever seen: power seat, reclinding bucket seats, power door locks, power windows, tinted windows, factory floor mats, pulse wipers, Air Conditioning (the compressor has seized up), color coordinated remote mirrors, console with storage, cruise control, tilt wheel, wire wheel covers (I have them but have replaced with color-keyed wheel covers), rallye gauge cluster, bumper rub strips, wheel and rocker mouldings, power antenna. The car spent its entire life in Bakersfield, California, and is super clean with the exceptions noted above. The car is not currently registered, not sure of back fees due (I believe it expired in February). I have many more photos, and a video of the car running and driving. I've driven it once home to Palm Springs from Bakersfield (about 200 miles) and to and from Los Angeles from Palm Springs for a car show without trouble. I don't see any fluid leaks under the car. I'm selling as I don't really have space for another car. Contact me if you would like to see in person or want additional photos.
