Selling my 84 Volvo 240 diesel. I've had this 240 for about 10 years and its time to move on. Originally a d24 powered 240 and I put a d24t from a 760 into the 240. I just had the injector pump and injectors rebuilt at diesel fuel injection services in Portland. I had the radiator rebuilt and modified at mac's radiator. The inlet and outlet relocated on the same side of the radiator for easy hose configuration. New glow plugs, fuel filter water pump, timing belt, oil change. I put a m47 with a good clutch behind the d24t. As of now there is no speedo since the rear diff does not have the output sensor. The interior is DL trim maybe the only diesel I've seen with cloth interior and crank windows. I put a manual steering rack that is very solid and very easy to drive and any driving conditions. The exhaust is very quiet and maybe the only diesel i've driven with the quietest cabin when driving. I cut the front and rear springs with bilstein HD shocks. have been like this for 10 years of owning the car and it rides very nicely. Some rust on the rear quarters on the drivers side above the rear bumper trim. and the seam of the spare tire well. The under chassi has zero rust or cancer.
