Around 10k invested
I got the car june 2015 with 120500 miles and put on around 15k miles in 3 years(i drive a semi truck thats why).
Timing belt,accessory belt,all rollers and tensioners(next timing belt service 202902mls or year 2025)engine oil,
coolant,upgraded oil cooler water pipe to aluminum,
upgraded vacuum actuator linkage to aluminum.Ac system vacuumed and cleaned,brake fluid flushed.
Fuel pump reseated correctly with new gaskets.
Upstream O2 sensors replaced.
All this costs 5000$+ with genuine oem parts.
Before this at 122k transmission fluid replaced with pentosin and filtran filter(500$ish)
8 new genuine oem Hitachi ignition coils(300$),Bosch spark plugs(80$)
Rear transmission output shaft seal replaced.(200$)
New brakes front and rear(genuine oem except front discs they are brembo)(800$)
4 new bilstein shocks,mounts,strut discs(800$)
Front upper rear and front control arms new(trw and febi)
Brembo front rotors and rear gen oem,pads all genuine oem(12000 miles on new brakes)
Power steering pump(zf) is new and also front motor mount below right headlight(gen oem)(700$)
Sunroof works great,bose sound,parking sensors,ac blows cold and heat works in the winter.
Professionally detailed 08/2015 inside deep cleaned and outside paint corrected,has few scratches.
New safelite windshield in january,no leaks.(270$),Battery is new 09/18 stamp.
Mechanic says transmission looks to be rebuilt but no proof,
shifts great,carfax says vehicle serviced at westmont il Audi and autocheck transmission serviced at the same time.
It is most likely new because it was pronounced flooded.
Genuine oem W12 wheels with brand new matching oem hub caps,hard to find on this continent (2000$ value)
Rear right seat has a leather rip,other than that leather is in good condition,i did 3-4 leatherique rejuvinator treatments and i do them once a year myself.
I am going to put a newer style seats soon.
Great reliable car if you do repairs right way.
It started right up after sitting more than a month in coldest weather last winter,drove it to los angeles and back with zero issues.
Flooded rebuilt title but no issues at all or weird smells,no electrical gremlins,radiator leaks a bit so it will need a replacement(500$ part),
cv boot ripped.These two will be fixed next week so price will go up.Bring your own wheels and you can have it for 4500$.
