Just turned over 83k, I am the second owner, I bought it at 39,364 in 2012. Its been in and out of storage for the last 2 years. I baby all my cars to the point of being obsessive, the car was always religiously washed and maintained. Non-smoker, no kids or dogs. This is one of the cleaner, lower mileage GD WRX Wagons you will find in the Midwest, maybe in the entire country right now.
GOODS:
I have tons of records dating back to 4,000 miles for everything from oil changes to parts. Car was tuned twice by Tony Simmons at HorsepowerTech - once just for a custom Stage 2 setup on the original turbo and once more after the STi VF39 turbo swap. Although never dynoed, it should make right around 350hp/380ft lbs at the crank. Extremely fun to drive - turn in is great, minimal under steer. Exhaust sounds great, nice medium burble at idle and low RPM, louder at higher RPMs and minimal drone on the highway due to the midpipe. Shifts are mechanical and the clutch is still very grippy. The Brembos have awesome stopping power and I have 2 different sets of pads I will include. Comes with 2 sets of wheels/tires (Summer/Winter). I can include the lightbar/lights if wanted, the car is all wired to run them off of the OEM fog light switch. I also have everything needed to do the next oil change (Filter/crush gasket/Motul Oil).
- Brembos done at 45k- Trans/Diff fluids were changed at 50k. (Motul/Lucas)- Feal Coilovers done at 55k (Still have OEM struts if wanted)- Turbo Swap/supporting mods done at 60k
- Last brake bleed was at 60k. - Both accessory belts changed at 80k (Gates). - Power steering fluid flushed at 82k (Mobil 1 synthetic)- Last oil change was at 82k (Did a Blackstone Lab test that came back great ask for photo)- Summer Tires have only 500 miles on them. - Takata airbag recall done this past June by Hodges Subaru- Alignment/inspection just done at Hodges Subaru 1/10/19

Only 500 miles.- Winter setup: 17 STi BBS wheels (Rare 5x100 bolt pattern) wrapped in Blizzaks 225/45/17 - plasti dipped anthracite.- Gold McGard lugs- Rally Innovation light bar with Hella 500 lights, not on car but could be included in sale

ISSUES:
This is a 12 year old car - there are small dents, chips and scratches around the car, obviously nothing super big as you can see in the photos. The interior has a small amount of salt damage on the carpet in the driver side footwell (can't see under the mats) but otherwise is in great shape. The front fascia was just replaced with a new OEM piece freshly painted last Summer - it was involved in a minor driveway incident. The rear fascia has multiple scrapes and a dent from the previous owner that I never got around to replacing. That incident and that one with the front fascia are the only two things you will find on Carfax. It has never been in any major accidents. OEM 6 CD changer stopped working but Radio/AUX cable still works - I was going to go with a modern touchscreen and never got around to it. Exhaust is a little stinky due to the catless downpipe.
