2012 Honda Civic Si Comptech (CT-E) Stage 3 (2.95, Aftercooled) E85 & 93oct Tuned
Immaculate and one of a kind 2012 Civic Si. This car was built by the original 60+ year old owner whom put it together to be a daily driver. Most of the miles accumulated are highway miles. Last fall I personally drove the vehicle back from Colorado and began going through it piece by piece; conducting minor maintenance, installing a few personal upgrades and readying the car for it's new owner.
I am a car enthusiast at heart and have been working on cars & boats of all makes and models for 25 years. Due to the uniqueness of this vehicle I could not pass it up. I've worked hard to make sure the new owner will be thrilled to own it.

Supercharger (Eaton MP62-Gen IV) unit pulled, cleaned inspected (bearings front & rear). Gear box oil changed to RedLine Shockproof Lightweight.Intake manifold, pulled cleaned inspected. Leaky original Comptech gasket replaced with Hondata Heatshield.Radiator replaced and coolant flushed. Refilled with 25% 50/50, 75% Hyper-Cool Super Coolant. NO FREEZE PROTECTION.Aftercooler core pulled, disassembled, cleaned & tested at local radiator shop. All connection o-rings replaced. Verified leak free.ProSport Boost Gauge Installed. Reads accurate to Datalogs. Engine pulls approx. -20hg/in vacuum @ idle and +12.5-13 PSI at 7,500 RPM.Brand New Yokohama A048 R-Compound DOT legal street/track tires Installed. The list is exhaustive and complete, please read completely before e-mailing with questions. With the modifications, tune and injector duty cycle I estimate the car to be making in the neighborhood of 350+ wheel HP on E85 and around 300 on 93. It pulls like a freight train and does not skip a beat. With further exhaust modifications, injector upgrade and a re-tune this configuration should net another 25-35 whp.
It has not been on the dyno and was re-tuned by E-Tunez after returning from Colorado (all tunes will be included). The car does have the factory limited slip differential and all operates smoothly and as intended. All gear changes are clean and quick, no grinding at any temperature. The interior is flawless and literally looks new.
The OEM exhaust was added after the original owner tried multiple high flow variations and could not find one that was quiet enough. He purchased and installed a complete OEM catback system after the supercharger installation. This exhaust coupled with the high flow cat produces a deep tone with no drone, almost stock sounding. The whine of the supercharger is the only thing you hear. With the 2.95 pulley and stock crankshaft pulley the rotors are spinning at approx. 16,500 RPM at redline. The Eaton stated RPM limit for the supercharger is around 16,850.
This would make an awesome track car or daily driver. New owner responsible for emissions law in their state. An OEM front catalytic converter is included with the car. It is currently being stored in my heated garage and not set-up for freezing temps. Again both the intercooler system and the radiator are filled with Super Coolant.
The car has an Indiana title and is free, clear and ready to sign off to the new owner. The ground clearance of the car is literally inches. I don't expect a standard articulating car carrier trailer will work. Certified checks (with 7-10 day clearing period) wire transfer accepted.
