At 68K miles, battery still has 90-95% capacity which should give you plenty of range for long road trips. I just drove 266 miles on a charge last week!
Expect some minor rock chips, seat wear, etc. as the car has 68K miles.
Things that won’t come with the vehicle:-2nd Key - Only has 1 key-Charger (depending on if Replacement Car comes with one)-Roof Rack -Blue Fridge Thing in Pics
There are a few minor issues with the car (See the last few pictures):-4 inch long crack in right front bumper - just happened a few days ago :( - as a result park assist is currently unavailable due to the sensor getting pushed in but Autopilot still works fine. -Minor scuffing on left rear wheel well-Silver Piece on rear left bumper needed to be glued on left side-Left front mud flap piece is missing-Prox sensor cover under right front wheel well is missing -Door handles on driver rear and passenger front doors are not currently popping out. I have the part for the passenger front and will include it ($80 on eBay). Can be replaced DIY in a few hours - can provide a YouTube link if needed. Just don’t have time right now. -Plastic on bottom is scuffed/slightly damaged from scraping the ground
I’m around 20 minutes from SNA airport in OC, CA if you want to pickup. Will help with shipping (at your cost) if you want to go that route. On Apr-15-19 at 16:09:45 PDT, seller added the following information: Here's some additional details based on questions I've answered regarding the car/listing: Yes it was a salvage vehicle and now has a rebuilt title. No I was not the original owner. Was rebuilt by a shop in Minneapolis, MN that specializes in rebuilding Tesla’s. I don’t have any documentation, I bought it after the work was done. However, the insurance companies are quick to total EVs compared to traditional ICE cars so I don’t think the damage was as bad as you would traditionally expect for a totaled vehicle.
Damage was limited to the front bumper, right quarter panel, and some components under the hood (don’t have any pictures). In the case of this car, I was told that the original repair shop (before it was totaled) damaged the battery pack connector and got the insurance company to declare it totaled to get around not being able to complete the repair. I have only had very minor hardware issues (haven’t had to have anything professionally repaired) during my 67K+ miles of driving the car and it drives great!
The reserve price is significantly below the buy it now price. Traditionally, from what I’ve seen, Rebuilt title cars go for 70-80% of a clear titled version.
