A certificate from the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust documents that this is a numbers matching car built in July 1959 then shipped to Los... Angeles, CA. U.S.A. It has Overdrive, Heater, Adjustable Steering Column and Laminated Windscreen. This car was recently serviced. It just needed a new battery, drained gas, oil change and brake fluid flush. The passenger door latch needs adjusting. According to Wiki: The Austin-Healey 3000 is a British sports car built from 1959 to 1967. It is the best known of the big Healey models. The car's bodywork was made by Jensen Motors and the vehicles were assembled at BMC's MG Works in Abingdon. The 3-litre 3000 was a highly successful car, which won its class in many European rallies in its heyday and is still raced in classic car competitions by enthusiasts today. The Austin-Healey 3000 was announced on 1 July 1959. with a 3-litre BMC C-Series engine and disc brakes for its front wheels, the manufacturers claimed it would reach 60 mph in 11 seconds and 100 mph in 31 seconds. This vehicle was either consigned or donated to the California Automobile Museum, a non-profit organization and licensed California dealer located at 2200 Front Street, Sacramento, California, where it is available for inspection. This vehicle, and all vehicles sold through us are sold AS-IS with no warranty intended or implied by the California Automobile Museum or its consignor/donor. All sales are final, and in there is no cooling off period in California. By bidding, you acknowledge this and agree your purchase will be AS-IS.
This Vehicle's mileage is subject to increase as it may be test driven or inspected during this auction.

The Museum is open 7 days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM (excluding major U.S. holidays) and we welcome you or your representative to inspect the vehicle (by appointment only) prior to purchasing or bidding.
